Wire transfer to Cuba

• a) Payment must be received in WoWCuba’s Cuban account a minimum of 15 days prior to initiation of services. It’s recommended to request services a minimum of 20 days prior to initiation to provide a minimum margin for processing request/sending funds.
• b) Full payment only - no deposits or 2 stage payments.
• c) Transfers may not be sent in US funds. Canadian Dollars, Euros, British Pounds or other international currencies accepted for international exchange to Cuba are acceptable.
• d) From issuance of confirmed statement, the primary traveler will have 24 hours to forward payment at the international conversion rate established therein. If transfer is not made within 24 hours, the primary traveler must contact WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours for an updated conversion rate and statement prior to sending payment.
• e) If payment is not received in WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours account within 7 days from issuance of confirmed statement, services may be released unless a credit card guarantee is provided or credit card payment is applied.
• f) The sender is responsible for all fees associated with sending wire transfers. Reception fees only are assumed by WoWCuba.
• g) Wire transfers are accepted only for invoice amounts $300.00 USD or higher.

USD cheque or money order

• a) Cheque or money order payments are accepted only when received a minimum of 40 days in advance in WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours’ Canadian office.
• b) From the time of issuance of confirmed statement, the primary traveler will have 7 days to forward payment. If payment is not received during that period, services may be released unless a credit card guarantee is provided
  • or credit card payment is applied.
• c) USD cheques are available for 2-stage travel service payments, but USD money orders are not.

Wire transfer to Canada (this payment option has been suspended until further notice)

• a) Wire transfer payments are only accepted if received a minimum of 20 days in advance in WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours’ Canadian account.
• b) From the time of issuance of confirmed statement, the primary traveler will have up to 7 days to forward payment. If payment is not received during that period, services may be released unless a credit card guarantee is provided or credit card payment is applied.
• c) The sender is responsible for all fees associated with sending wire transfers. Reception fees only are assumed by WoWCuba.
• d) Wire transfers are not available for 2-stage travel service payments (deposits not accepted).
• e) Wire transfers are accepted only for invoice amounts $300.00 USD or higher.

Visa or Mastercard Credit Card

• a) WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours’ Canadian office will verify and process the Visa or Mastercard credit card payment in USD under the merchant name "MacQueen's Tours". Payments are not processed until services have been fully or substantially confirmed in writing by service providers. Note that the name on the credit card must match the name of the principal traveler on the file. Third party credit cards are not accepted as payment for travel services under any circumstances

CAD cheque or money order

• a) Cheques and money orders in CAD are accepted when received a minimum of 40 days in advance in WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours’ Canadian office.
• b) The international USD-CAD conversion rate in the Statement issued by WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours will be valid for up to 72 hours from issuance. If the primary traveler’s cheque or money order payment has not been received by WoWCuba/MacQueen’s Island Tours before that deadline expires, the exchange rate valid on the day of reception applies and any outstanding balance must be paid by the primary traveler via his/her Visa or Mastercard credit card.
• c) If payment is not received within 7 days from the time of issuance of the Statement, services may be released unless a credit card guarantee is provided or credit card payment is applied.
• d) CAD cheques are not available for 2-stage travel service payments.
