Hotel Santa Isabel
The property

Comfortable and elegant, in 1867 the magnificent palace of the Santovenia Count quickly became a favorite for ship-fitters, merchants, artists, scientists and illustrious travelers. A century after its first inauguration, Santa Isabel re-opened its doors as an inn retaining its original elegance, comfort and splendor and providing a trip through Cuba’s history, architecture, art and culture.
From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful sightlines of the monuments and fortresses that make this baroque and eclectic city unique. From the terrace, you can also view Havana’s Jesus Christ statue, La Giraldilla (Emblem of the City) and the Captain General’s palace. This typical Cuban three-story palace has been decorated with unique masterpieces and original art from some of the best Cuban artists.
