Hotel El Mesón de la Flota
Old Havana, Cuba … in days of old, open to maritime traders looking for cigars, sugar, molasses, and rum. Continuing this seafaring tradition, on Mercaderes Street, just a few steps from the Old Square, the Meson de la Flota keeps the legends of the Galleon fleets in Havana alive.
The small inn has a restaurant for 80 people, following the tradition of travelers who found sleeping quarters on the top floor and a place to eat on the ground floor. The inn is decorated with sea motifs, small replicas of old vessels and the grace and passion of a flamenco tableau invites you to enjoy the old city.
