Hotel E Palacio Arenas
Palacio Arenas is a boutique hotel in an historic property in a former sugar town whose historic center is a National Monument. Architectural styles include neoclassic, eclectic and traditional, with a high degree of integrity uncommon in modern days. The city was the birthplace of some of Cuba’s most illustrious cultural and scientific figures including Joaquín Albarrán, Wifredo Lam, Antonio Machín, Alfredo Sosabravo, and more. The building was erected in 1918 and is considered among the 7 most important architectural sites in the province, one of the few with a strong Art Nouveau influence in the region. Hotel guests are entitled to use services (including the pool) at its sister property Hotel E Sagua.
