Registration Form

To make a reservation:

 

1. Request a general Quotation here or use the specific Quote Request button on the page of the service(s) that interests you so that your message goes directly to our WoWCuba travel specialist assigned to that area for response.

2. Once you are in agreement with the Quotation prepared by our specialist, remit your completed Registration Form (options below for all services) complete with the Quote # you are accepting.

 

3. Reservations will be requested from service providers when your completed Registration Form with Payment Information has been received in our Canadian office. Most offices we work with have up to 72 working hours to respond to requests.

 

Independent Travel

If you’re OK with the offline quote we’ve sent you and are ready to get started reserving car rentals, hotels, scuba diving, a fly & drive program, fishing package, sailing charter, bicycle rentals (not tours), domestic flights or other element of your Cuba holiday, then complete this form with your personal, travel & payment information.

 

Guided Bicycle Tours Only

All participants/companions taking part in a WoWCuba / MacQueen’s Island Tours group bicycle tour in Cuba must complete this form to confirm their saddle/tour. The form includes your complete travel information to & from Cuba, passport/birth date for the group rooming list, bicycle sizing info and more. This form covers all other land arrangements included on your quotation. If you’re booking an international flight with us, please complete a separate Internacional Flight Registration Form (below) for that segment.

 

International Flights Only

If you accept the quotation sent to you, please complete this registration form for all international flights.

 

Group & Travel Agents Only

If you’re a Travel Agent completing arrangements for a client or a Group Tour Organizer of 10 or more travelers, then please use the Group / Travel Agent Online Registration Form which includes a link to our Group Rooming List and all other information we must collect in advance to secure and confirm group reservations in Cuba.

 

All online forms are secure, encrypt credit card information and have space for comments, further requests etc.
