Meals:
The marina has a shipchandler for staples such as pasta, rice, sugar, canned goods, milk, alcohol, etc. There are a few very decent CUC supermarkets in Havana if you'd like to stock up prior to your departure to Trinidad, and remember to supplement your supermarket shopping with produce (mostly organic fruits & vegetables) from local farmers markets in national currency. This could be either in Trinidad or in Havana for convenience, but there are many farmer's markets throughout the cities, towns and countryside of Cuba for picking up locally-grown supplies. If you're not interested in cooking for yourselves during the charter, you can schedule an additional crew member in advance for just $50 CUC per day who will be responsible for the galley.
About Trinidad
Trinidad is Cuba's most colonial city. The marina is located to the south of the city on the Ancon peninsula, with a great beach and several all inclusive hotels within walking distance. The city is a short taxi drive away and features cultural opportunities, interesting architecture, museums, and shopping.
Transfers & Accommodation:
Pre- or post sail accommodations are available in Havana or Trinidad according to your specifications. Private or collective transfer service can also be arranged from Havana..
Where to sail and what to do:

Following are just a few of the multiple possibilities you may consider from Trinidad, depending on the duration of your charter. Keep in mind that Cuba's south Cuba is the most reliable in the winter months from December to June, least affected by cold fronts or adverse weather conditions. However, ultimately the destinations you visit will be determined by weather indications at the time of your travel. Your experienced captain will be the most valuable source of advice and information, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the journey without having to worry about the finer details of navigation enroute. For experienced skippers, taking an active part in the navigation is completely acceptable.
