Deluxe: Havana City and Varadero Beach - Golf Holiday
Day 1: A representative will await you in the airport to deliver all documents and show you to your transfer vehicle. Your accommodations are in the heart of Old Havana in a deluxe patio room in the Hotel Saratoga. We recommend booking a private city tour today with the hotel tour desk (extra, payable locally). Day 2: If you take our suggestion for today’s itinerary, a private guided tour will introduce you to Havana. The panoramic tour of this remarkable 500-year old city usually includes a walking tour of the restored squares of Old Havana as well as visits to El Morro, Revolution Square, and a panoramic tour of modern Havana. Free afternoon to relax and explore the city. This evening we recommend you enjoy the world famous Tropicana cabaret. Pre-book tickets at the hotel tour counter. Tables available in preferred seating areas, packages include a welcome cocktail, ¼ bottle of aged or reserved rum, 1 drink mixer and a plate of hors d'ouevres. Transfers to and from the show are also available. BB Day 3: A free day in Havana! We recommend a walking tour of Vedado and Old Havana. A visit to one of Havana's jazz clubs would be an excellent venue for evening entertainment. BB Day 4: Transfer today to Cuba's beach mecca, Varadero. Your exclusive lodging in Varadero is at the former Dupont Mansion, Xanadu, which also houses the club house for the Varadero Golf Club. Your exquisite room overlooks the ocean and includes breakfast. BB Day 5: Your Xanadu package includes unlimited green fees at the 18-hole golf course, free golf cart, storage and unlimited driving range use. If the beach is more to your liking, you can't get much closer to the white sands of Varadero than this. BB Day 6: You can continue to master the golf course, or visit the countryside with optional excursions to the towns of Matanzas and Cardenas. BB Day 7: Another free leisurely day at the Xanadu Mansion to do what you enjoy doing best. BB Day 8: Return to Havana airport and bid a fond farewell to the isle of Cuba. BB Meals: |
