b) The international USD-CAD conversion rate in your invoice is valid for up to 72 hours.
If your cheque has not been received within 72 hours, the exchange rate valid on the day
of reception applies and any outstanding balance will be applied to your credit card.
c) If payment is not received within 7 days from the time of issuance of confirmed statement,
services may be released unless a credit card guarantee is provided.

b) This option not available for US residents.
c) Transfers to Cuba may not be sent in US funds. The international currencies listed

d) From the time of issuance of confirmed statement, you will have 72 hours to forward
   payment at the international conversion rate therein. If the transfer is not made before
   that conversion rate expires, you must contact our office for a renewal of the rate prior
   to sending payment. If payment is not received within 7 days from the time of issuance of
   confirmed statement, services may be released unless a credit card guarantee is provided.
e) The sender is responsible for all fees associated with sending wire transfers. Reception
   fees are assumed by WoWCuba.

Payment information
We will initiate the reservation process only after we receive your Registration Form and Payment Information. Deposits and payments will be processed according to the terms & conditions established in "Booking Info" for Individual or Group travelers. Payment is processed only upon confirmation of services. When services are confirmed, a detailed invoice will be issued with confirmation codes and instructions for claiming documents.
The Fine Print
WoWCuba/MacQueen's Island Tours acts only as the agent for the suppliers providing the means of transportation and all other related travel services. We assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from the following: acts of God, detention, annoyance, terrorism, thefts, pilferage, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, strikes, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, failure of any means on conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we have no control or other financial loss whether to persons or property arising out of certain risks and danger which may occur during your holiday, including but not limited to the hazards of activities in general. Regulations governing charter flights allow for changes to the published itinerary without prior notice. ALL connecting flight reservations are made at passenger's own risk. We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of trip members. Tour leaders have the right to dismiss participants who may be jeopardizing the safety or enjoyment of the tour.
