| Payment Info: We will initiate the reservation process only after we receive your Registration Form AND Payment Information. Deposits and payments will be processed according to the terms & conditions established in "Booking Info" for Individual or Group travelers. Payment is processed only upon confirmation of services. When services are confirmed, a detailed invoice will be issued with confirmation codes and instructions for claiming documents.
Form of Payment: If paying by cheque, money order or bank transfer, we require credit card information to hold services until payment arrives. From the time of confirmation of services, we will hold reservations for up to 7 days for any non-credit card payments. Should your cheque/money order/wire transfer payment fail to arrive in a timely manner, you will be provided with the option of cancelling services or processing your credit card. Current credit card information is also required if you wish to use our emergency cash advance service in Havana.
Credit Card Information: DO NOT FORWARD CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THIS FORM as this site does not offer secure online payments. To forward your credit card information to our Canadian office, we suggest the following options:

We assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from the following: acts of God, detention, annoyance, terrorism, thefts, pilferage, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, strikes, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, failure of any means on conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we have no control or other financial loss whether to persons or property arising out of certain risks and danger which may occur during your holiday, including but not limited to the hazards of activities in general. Regulations governing charter flights allow for changes to the published itinerary without prior notice. ALL connecting flight reservations are made at passenger's own risk. We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of trip members.
