Minimum booking supplement: If you are unable to meet the above minimum hotel/car booking requirements but still wish to make a reservation with WoWCuba, a $10 supplement applies for each day/night that falls short of the minimum booking requirement.

International Air:	$35 CUC per booking (up to 6 pax traveling on same itinerary)
Domestic Air:	$25 CUC per booking (up to 6 pax traveling on same itinerary)
Land Arrangements:	$35 CUC per booking (up to 6 pax traveling on same itinerary)
Ground Handling:	$5 CUC per passenger over the age of 2. Includes document delivery to the arrival airport and reconfirmation of flights.
Late Booking:	$35 CUC if registration form received less than 72 working hours (M-F) prior to arrival in Cuba (when we schedule all client voucher delivery)
Itinerary Change Fee:	Assessed at $35 CUC per change after itinerary has been confirmed.

Payment Information:	If in agreement with the detailed quotation provided by our specialists, you will provide our office with your preferred form of payment as part of your registration form. Once received, we will immediately put your reservations on request.
Individual Travel Final Payment:	When booking within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is due upon confirmation of services. When all services are confirmed and payment is complete, we will issue your electronic invoice with confirmation codes and instructions for claiming travel documents. Early booking bonus: If your registration form for domestic travel in Cuba is received more than 60 days prior to arrival, you may opt to pay a $100 CUC deposit on services, with balance in full due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Services that are exempt from the early booking bonus include: international air reservations, fishing packages in Jardines de la Reina, the Isle of Youth and diving packages in Cayo Largo. International air reservations require payment in full at time of confirmation of services. The aforementioned fishing/diving packages require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of services, with balance in full due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:	Cheque/Money Order	Payments by cheque or money order in US and CAD funds are accepted when received at our Canadian office up to 30 days prior to departure. Cheques or money orders are payable to MacQueen's Island Tours.
	Credit Card	We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard in our Canadian office. Visa cards issued by a US bank may be processed in US funds. All other Visa and MasterCard payments are processed in Canadian funds according to the international USD-CAD conversion rate at the time of processing. We do not accept third party credit cards for individual travel. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is "MacQueen's Island Tours".
	Wire Transfers	We accept payment by wire transfer to our Canadian or Cuban accounts when received at our bank at least 15 days prior to arrival in Cuba. You must calculate a minimum of 3 working days for WoWCuba to confirm services, plus 3 banking days to complete the int'l wire transfer transaction when deciding if there is time remaining for this payment option. If you indicate on your registration form that you wish to pay by wire transfer, then (providing we determine there is time remaining for this payment option when we receive your request), you will be forwarded instructions for remitting payment when your travel arrangements have been confirmed. Reservations will be held for a period of 7 business days from the time of confirmation. If reception of funds is not confirmed by our bank during that time, services will be released unless a credit card is provided.
Currency Conversion Fees:	Cuban currency (CUC) is converted to US funds for payment purposes. The rate of conversion depends on the form of payment. If paying in a non-US currency (USD) by wire transfer to our Cuban account (not available for US residents), the rate of 1.10 CUC to USD applies, and then the neutral international conversion at the time of invoicing is used to convert USD to your international currency of choice. If paying our Canadian office in US funds (money order, bank transfer, cheque etc.) the rate is 1.12 CUC-USD. All other forms of payment carry a 5% fee. Note 1:	WoWCuba requires written notice of your cancellation request by email/fax. To avoid unnecessary loss, we also suggest calling our office to confirm that your cancellation request has been received. If you are unable to email/fax your cancellation, then you must contact our office by telephone during working hours to advise of your new requirements.
Note 2:	Once travel has initiated, it is your responsibility to immediately contact WoWCuba in Cuban territory for instructions on obtaining necessary documents to support any potential refund for services not provided. Full contact information appears on the lower section of your invoice. We will not be responsible for claims which have not been opened with our local office in Cuba prior to your departure from Cuban territory.
Note 3*:	Cancellations for travel during extreme high season (Dec 21-Jan 3) may be subject to additional charges at certain hotels. Some hotels require 2-4 weeks notice for cancellations during the extreme high season.
Note 4:	Fishing packages in Jardines de la Reina & the Isle of Youth and diving packages in Cayo Largo require a 50% deposit upon booking, with balance due at least 60 days prior to arrival. These packages are subject to the following cancellation penalties: Deposits are refundable (less a $550 CUC handling fee + applicable bank fees) up to 60 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of your trip, total package price is non-refundable unless your spot is able to be re-sold. All programs and their execution are subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances and refunds will not be considered for these reasons.
Blue Cross® Cancellation Insurance:	Cancellation insurance may be purchased at time of deposit. Please contact us for a price quotation.

WoWCuba recommends emergency medical insurance to all clients. As a Canadian company, we are only permitted to sell Blue Cross® medical insurance to Canadian citizens. If you are a Canadian citizen and wish to have Blue Cross medical coverage in Cuba as part of your WoWCuba travel package, please contact us for a price quotation. If you are a citizen of another country, we suggest you contract medical insurance in your country of origin in advance of travel, or upon arrival in Cuba with a company called Asistur.

WoWCuba provides emergency CUC cash advances to their clients in Havana, Cuba at a 10% surcharge or anywhere in the country for group tour members accompanied by a WoWCuba/MacQueen's representative. Credit card payments are processed in our Canadian sales office.

WoWCuba/MacQueen's Island Tours acts only as the agent for the suppliers providing the means of transportation and all other related travel services. We assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from the following: acts of God, detention, annoyance, terrorism, thefts, pilferage, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, strikes, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, failure of any means on conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we have no control or other financial loss whether to persons or property arising out of certain risks and danger which may occur during your holiday, including but not limited to the hazards of activities in general. Regulations governing charter flights allow for changes to the published itinerary without prior notice. ALL connecting flight reservations are made at passenger's own risk. We reserve the right to make changes in confirmed services where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of travelers.
