Agency Service Fees:
International air: $35 CUC per booking
(up to 6 pax traveling on same itinerary).
Domestic
air: $25 CUC per booking (up to 6 pax traveling on
same itinerary).
Land arrangements: $35
CUC per booking (up to 6 pax traveling on same itinerary).
Applies to independent travel packages, not group
tours.
Advance confirmation of Fly & Drive
hotels: $25 CUC per booking (up to 6 pax traveling on
same itinerary).
Havanatur Assistance Fee:
$5 CUC per passenger over the age of 2. This includes
document delivery to the arrival airport/Havana arrival hotel
and reconfirmation of flights.
Payment Terms:
Payment Information: If in agreement with
the detailed quotation provided by our specialists, you will
provide our Canadian office with your preferred form of payment.
Once received, we will immediately put your reservations on
request.
Individual Travel Final Payment: Payment in
full is due upon confirmation of services. When all services are
confirmed, and payment is complete, we will issue your
electronic invoice with confirmation codes and instructions for
claiming travel documents.
Check/Money Order Payment:
Payments by cheque or money order in US and CAD funds are
accepted when received at our Canadian office up to 30 days
prior to departure. Cheques or money orders are payable to
MacQueen's Island Tours. See Currency
Conversion Fees.
Credit Card Payment:
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard in our Canadian
office. Visa cards issued by a US bank may be processed in US
funds. All other Visa and MasterCard payments are processed in
Canadian funds according to the international conversion rate
at the time of processing. See Currency
Conversion Fees.
Wire Transfers:
We accept payment by wire transfer to our Canadian account
when received at our bank up to 15 days prior to departure. If
you indicate on your registration form that you wish to pay by
wire transfer, you will be forwarded instructions when your
travel arrangements have been confirmed. Reservations will be
held for a period of 7 business days from the time of
confirmation. If reception of funds is not confirmed by our
Canadian bank during that time, services will be
released.
Currency Conversion Fee:
Cuban currency (CUC) is converted to US currency. If paying
in US funds (money order, bank transfer, check etc.) we use the
bank rate of 1.12 to make the conversion from CUC-USD. All
other forms of payment carry a 5%
fee. Payment options and corresponding fees are clearly detailed on all quotations.

Itinerary Change Fee: Assessed at $35 CUC per
change after itinerary has been confirmed.
Cancellation Policy: The air portion of your
trip is non-refundable once booked.
If the land portion of your travel is cancelled 91 + days prior
to arrival, you will forfeit our $35 agency service fee. A $100 fee
applies to cancellations received 3 weeks to 90 days prior to
arrival. For cancellations received fewer than three weeks prior to
arrival, the following penalties apply to the total price paid for
land services:

Note: Cancellations for travel during
extreme high season (Dec 21-Jan 3) may be subject to additional
charges at certain hotels. Some hotels require 2-4 weeks notice for
cancellations during the extreme high season.

Emergency Cash Advances: WoWCuba provides
emergency CUC cash advances to their clients in Havana, Cuba at a
10% surcharge or anywhere in the country for group tour members
accompanied by a WoWCuba/MacQueen's representative. Payments are
processed in our Canadian sales office.
The Fine Print: WoWCuba/MacQueen's Island Tours
acts only as the agent for the suppliers providing the means of
transportation and all other related travel services. We assume no
responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person
or property in connection with any service resulting directly from
the following: acts of God, detention, annoyance, terrorism, thefts,

regulations, strikes, delays and expenses arising from quarantine,
failure of any means on conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled,
discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we
have no control or other financial loss whether to persons or
property arising out of certain risks and danger which may occur
during your holiday, including but not limited to the hazards of
activities in general. Regulations governing charter flights allow
for changes to the published itinerary without prior notice. ALL
