Cayo Largo - Casa Batida
Where is it? Cayo Largo lies off the south coast of central Cuba . The white sand beaches of the cay have attracted sunbathers for some time. The only Cubans on Cayo Largo are the tourism workers and their families. A paradise for divers and anglers alike, Cayo Largo is an excellent choice if your non-fishing family members or friends will accompany you on your fishing vacation.
Getting there: There are direct international flights from some countries to Cayo Largo. We also offer daily flights from Havana (early morning departure, late afternoon return).
The Fishing: The exclusive Casa Batida fishing area is divided into 6 zones. With the objective of minimizing the impact on the fishing areas, each zone is only to be visited once weekly by the same fishing boat. With a maximum of 12 anglers permitted per week, each zone will rest for at least 2 complete days before being visited again.
