WoWCuba only arranges group accommodation in official Cuban hotels, resorts, eco lodges & villas. We do not offer private guest home arrangements. |

When transportation + guide service overnights outside of the base area, state accommodation must be an integral part of your WoWCuba package. |

Excursions are classified as short-duration tours including elements of transportation, guide service, and sometimes meal service/entry fees, or overnight accommodations. |
| Payment Terms: |
The following are supplementary third party group terms & conditions. For the remaining general WoWCuba group terms & conditions regarding Form of Payment, Currency Conversion, Cancellation/Medical Insurance, Emergency Cash Advances or The Fine Print, please refer to our Group Travel Terms & Conditions page. To avoid loss or disappointment, we remind you to establish the terms & conditions for the sale of your group accordingly. |

Upon receipt of deposit at our head office in Canada, WoWCuba's Groups Department will forward confirmation codes for all confirmed services. |

| Blue Cross TM Cancellation Insurance: |
Cancellation insurance may be purchased for any member of your group at the time of his/her initial deposit with your company. Please contact us for a price quotation. |
Required in our office no later than 30 days prior to departure. Non-presentation of rooming list at this time may result in the release of confirmed hotel reservations. Cuban hotels require passenger name, nationality, passport # and birthdate for registration.
Passengers may be substituted on the rooming list with no penalty on the land portion up to 8 days prior to departure. Substitutions for land reservations received 0-7 days prior to departure are subject to a $35 CUC change fee per substitution, payable by agency credit card which must accompany the substitution request. Air reservations are at 100% risk.
Assessed at $100 CUC per change request after itinerary has been confirmed. Itinerary changes will not be accepted or considered when received less than 14 days prior to arrival.
