Bicycles come equipped with rear
platform carrier, bungee cords,
water bottle cages and
helmets.

Rental periods are 24-hours. Rentals
returned after the contracted return time are charged an
additional day's rental. Additional day penalties are as
follows: Authorized in advance by a WoWCuba representative -
continuation of invoiced rate, Not authorized in advance by a
WoWCuba representative - 3-5 day rental

Security deposit: $200 CUC per
bicycle

Recommendations: Bring a lock and,
when not riding, always leave your bicycle with an official parking
attendant, or in a Bici Parqueo. A basic multitool, minipump with
Presta/Schraeder fittings (if your pump is Schraeder only, we
suggest bringing a Presta adaptor), universal water bottle, and
spare tubes are also a good idea. Hybrid tubes are 700 X 35C (Presta
or Schraeder valves), MTB tubes are 26 X 1.5-2.1 (Presta or
Schraeder valves).
Reservations: Rentals are available
for pickup and dropoff in Havana and only by advance reservation.
All rentals are prepaid through our Canadian office. A refundable
$200 CUC security deposit is required at time of booking. If the
bike is returned in good condition, your refund will be processed
promptly through our Canadian office.
In order to reserve the proper equipment, please
complete our Bicycle Rental
Quotation Form with your height, inseam and dates/times
of pick-up and drop-off. Our staff will be happy to install your
personal saddle or clipless pedals on our equipment for your riding
enjoyment.
Outfitting: Outfitting will take place at
our Havana office in the Centro de Negocios Kohly, Salon 2,
34 between
49 & 49A, Rpto. Kohly, C. Habana.
Note:
The easiest nearby landmark is the Hotel Kohly. It's suggested you
locate the Hotel Kohly and from there follow the detailed directions
found on the aerial photo. Please feel free to print the aerial
photo and bring it with you.

Directions from Viazul station: Take Ave Zoologico west
into El Bosque (Parque Metropolitano Almendares). Follow this road
(49C) along the river past the El Lugar/Pedregal entertainment &
restaurant complex on the left, then turn left up the hill onto 28A
passing El Bosque Hotel. At the stop sign, turn left onto 49. Take
the second left (if you reach Hotel Kohly hotel you've gone too far)
and follow the curve into the parking lot of the Centro de Negocios
Kohly.
